I am an experienced psychotherapist having worked with people in different settings such as the NHS  and the voluntary sector for a number of years. My initial background was in teaching. After training as a therapist, I worked as a school counsellor, trainer and supervisor for Sussex Central YMCA.  I managed the Trust-wide counselling for Maternity and Neonatal Services at the Royal Sussex County Hospital for over twelve years where I worked with individuals and couples. I have had a private practice with adults for over twenty years. I also supervise counsellors and psychotherapists in their therapeutic work with children and adults.
